Thanks for the links! They all have some of the key ingredients we've heard and discussed throughout our course, and more recently in Jess and James' presentations. Some points I am not totally in agreement with, e.g. in the first presentation they say it doesn't cost anything. Time too is money. The second link's points # 6 and 7 speak to this. The fourth link talks about management support, but it's more than that - they have to redefine/refine their business model if they want social media to play a part. That's tough to get out of the management unless they understand the change involved. I loved the 7-step strategy, because it doesn't talk about tools rather the business sense behind the strategy.

My favourite resource was actually James' point about a strong business model. If the model itself is not strong and doesn't exhibit his 3 points, social media or any other tactic might not help much.
